Our company accepts returns of any products that are unused and unopened. Customers who wants to return their item(s) from Feelher’s website may return them via a traceable carrier. Please be aware, that items must be returned within 30 days from the date the item(s) is delivered. For customers protection, we advise that all returns are shipped with a traceable number.
Do you want to return a defective or incorrect item(s)?
If the item(s) is defective or the item(s) is not what you ordered, please don’t hesitate to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can resolve the issue. It is important that you send us a picture of the defective or incorrect item(s). Once the pictures verifies that the item(s) is incorrect or defective, a replacement will be sent back to you at our expense. Items that are defective do not need to be returned.

If you would like a refund on an unopened item(s), please don’t hesitate to send an email to email@example.com. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this moment. After the item(s) has been returned and inspected, we will refund the full purchase price for the item to your credit card or bank account, less the shipping fee.

If you would like a refund on an unopened item(s), please contact us to obtain an RMA number. We do not cover the shipping costs for returning an order to us. After we receive your return and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item as long as it is unopened or unused, less the original shipping fee.

Remember that we will not issue a partial product value refund on package deals; they must be returned all together! Any used or opened items that are returned to us, will simply be disposed of and we will not issue a refund for them.
